Third grade students in Amanda Davis’s science class had the wonderful opportunity to see the inside of an owl pellet.  The students were given an actual owl pellet and scientific tools to examine the contents.  After dissecting the pellets, the students discussed the food chain of an owl and also its habitat and adaptations that allow it to survive in its habitat.
