During the month of November, our Westwood students learned the importance of Gratitude.  Through our character education lessons, the students learned that Gratitude is letting others know you see how they’ve helped you.  Each homeroom teacher chooses one student who displays the character trait of Gratitude during the month.  The following students were rewarded with being the character student of the month;  Rylee Henderson, Conner Wilson, John McCarthy-Miller, DeMarco Martin, Joey Lindsay, Damarion Hill, Shanice Brown, Cameron Vinkemulder, Brandlen Davis, Jackson Uldrick, Daniel Korba, Lilleanne Brown, Nehemia Dandy, Cody Lindsay, Sydney Risner, Lacee Brown, Asia Willis, Dustin Sorrow,  Briana Wright, Eric Burton, and Brandt Scott.  “Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul.” –by Henry Ward Beecher
