During the month of December, our Westwood students learned the importance of Generosity.  Through our character education lessons, the students learned that Generosity is making someone’s day by giving something away.  Each homeroom teacher chooses one student who displays the character trait of Generosity during the month.  The following students were rewarded with being the character student of the month; Claire Whaley, Madde Peacon, La'Darrien Elmore, Langley Light, Nevaeh Leach, Josie Beaver, *Tori Cannady, Riley Ricketts, Hope Henderson, Madison Hall, *Talissa Cannady, *Arlando Coleman,  ZyKeria Wideman, Neaujee Anderson, Zaniya Carroll, *Artavious Coleman, Alan Latham, Alisa Wharton, Gracie Whidby, Chip Sandifer, and Christopher Vance.  “The manner of giving is worth more than the gift.” –by Pierre Corneille
