During the month of April, our Westwood students learned the importance of Peace.  Through our character education lessons, the students learned that Peace is proving you care more about each other than winning an argument.  Each homeroom teacher chooses one student who displays the character trait of Peace during the month.

The following students were rewarded with being the character student of the month: kneeling: Artavious Coleman, Jackson Miller, Audrey McCurry, Daniel Harrison, Alley Sammons;  middle row: Dustin Sorrow, Wesley Kehrley, DeShon Mack, Seth Wilson, Maddox Chambers, Austin Driver, Ethan Sullivan, Marissa Arrowood;

back row: A'Lyric Edwards, Mrs. Sears (Principal), Naomi Wilson, Zakiya Speed, Hannah Beth Hedden, Tori Stone, Tyrell Riley, Brayden Fields.
